Ordered the Gyro plate ..for take out ... Wasn't really good ..the meat not tender and too salty.. disappointed for "the best Greek in town". Asked for fried calamari ..gave me grilled calamari.

Staff and souvlaki are amazing! However, I'm dissapointed with baklava because it wasn't fresh :/

We arrived around 5pm after a visit to the nearby Museum of Nature.The restaurant was empty and at first I thought it might be closed. We entered and asked if they were open for dinner which was answered with a smiling "of course". Then we were asked if we had a reservation.We didn't.Fortunately they had a last table for us. We sat down and started looking through the menu. All over sudden the restaurant was full. When we received our meals we understood why. The food is phenomenal. The meat was perfect and the potatoes probably the best I ever had.I spent many summers traveling to Greece and this is by far the best Greek food I ever had. Thank you very much. We'll be back soon!

Fantastic food. I got this for take out last night, and I couldn’t be happier. The pita bread was soft and had a nice char on it. Also had the chance to speak to the owner (Jill), what a wonderful lady who’s passionate about her business. Definitely would recommend.

I'm so glad I found this place. The chicken pita wrap is out of this world — fresh tomatoes and onions, juicy chicken and your choice of tzatziki or tyrokafteri (hot pepper and feta), all wrapped in a warm, soft pita for just $6.20 plus tax. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the flavours blended and the slightly spicy kick complemented them perfectly. The portion size was also perfect and left a bit of room for dessert.I feel the chocolate chip cookie is a bit overhyped. It's more on the soft, cakey side than the thin, crispy kind.Super fast and friendly service and really competitive prices. I'll definitely be back!

Delicious food, especially the corn batter calamari! Service was excellent even though they were very busy. The devil is in the details and they certainly understand that at this place. Can't wait to return !

We had a last minute catering request for around 20 people and the team at Greek Souvlaki Shack was fantastic to work with. They were receptive by phone and email and easy to communicate with. They helped us figure out what items to order and in what quantities, and were very accommodating for our various requests. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning for future catering needs. Thank you Jill and team!

Really good food but very cozy atmosphere. Reservations are recommended around lunch time cause it gets busy. Greek fries are a must-try. Tried the deep fried calimary and it was unreal - so good. Usually get either the chicken or beef souvlaki (always cooked the way I asked, perfectly). Super friendly staff, honestly they're so sweet. My go-to for Greek when downtown.

Not sure what to expect at first , I was very happy with the food and excellent friendly service. only a few dishes which they rock - this is the way to run a restaurant! easy recommendation to try this place.

Last minute request to get lunch delivered for a team of 8 in my downtown office. Found this place on uber eats. Their prices are surprisingly low and their portions quite large. Everyone was very happy with their meal and advised me to save the restaurant as a favorite for future orders.

Very delicious food, especially the calamari. The chicken skewers were done just right and overall very enjoyable. Service on the other hand was lacklustre and lacking in warmth and friendliness.

I seriously love this place! Although the location itself is a little small, the food is generous, flavorful and authentic! The service is great and the chocolate chip cookies are delicious!

The chicken was a bit dry but the pita was tasty. The fries were fresh as well. The family who work there were very nice and personable.

Everyone told me this place is good. Believe the reviews. Special mention to rice - cooked in a broth and seasoned to perfection.

The calamari was mouth watering, the lamb was perfectly cooked and the portions were very generous! Will definitely be back.

SO delicious, Gluten Free Friendly! The service was really great and the food was even better. They handled my allergy with care - letting me know the owner's family members have celiac disease so I felt super reassured. The food was fresh and delicious. The space itself is a bit tight - so perhaps call ahead if you're a larger party to be sure they can accommodate. Will definitely return!

Very nice authentic Greek cuisine. I've tried the chicken pita with their homemade tyrokafteri sauce and it was delicious. The pita itself was light and fluffy, the chicken juicy and the whole pita delicious. I highly recommend this small restaurant (more like a small cafeteria) The prices are excellent.

Absolutely fantastic food. Pork souvlaki cooked well. Nice browning on the meat. Tasty rice. Well presented plates. Lady that answers the phone is super friendly. Lady that processed the payment was super friend. Could arguably be the same person... also great spanakopita. Would definitely go back. Would definitely recommend.

The gyros are by far the best in this city and also the cheapest priced gyros in this city. Win win. Tastes like what you would get in Athens.

Excellent quality and taste of food! Pitas are so juicy and soft. Restaurant is very clean and is very warm and comfortable. Is a cosy place is date friendly and super fun with friends. The customer service was very good and respectful as well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!
